Here is something I put together tonight. I have one more that I will try and post tomorrow and of course the "adult" version of this which will be posted later tonight or tomorrow. Depends on how fast the swelling goes down on my wrist, LOL!!
Scene one: Opens on the front porch of Myrtle’s boarding house and Bianca is sitting on a swing with a glass of ice water in her hand. Her eyes are closed and beads of sweat are falling from her forehead.
She opens her eyes and is startled to see Lena standing in front of her at the railing.
Lena: I didn’t mean to startle you
Bianca: It’s ok, my mind has been wandering all night and I don’t think I would have heard a train wreck if it happened right in front of me. What are you doing here?
Lena: I couldn’t sleep and the air conditioning at the hotel is broken so I thought a drive would cool me off. I guess instinct brought me here.
Lena sat on the top step of the porch a few feet from where Bianca was swinging. She was wearing halter top and a below the knee flowing skirt and as she brought her hand up to brush the hair from her face the cloth stretched along her damp chest.
Bianca: It doesn’t look like we are going to get a break in this heat either.
Bianca shifted on the swing as her eyes focused on Lena’s hands as they were lifting her hair from her neck to allow the air to touch her bare skin. As she watched her brought her glass of ice to her forehead and allowed the extreme change in temperature to bring her mind back to the present.
Bianca: Do you want something to drink?
Lena: That would be nice. Whatever you’re having is fine.
Lena watched as Bianca got up and walked inside to get her a glass of water. Her eyes never left the tiny frame as the door closed behind her. Lena let out a sigh, wondering if this was the best way to cool off on this hot night.
Scene ends with Lena closing her eyes and leaning back against the railing.
Scene Two: Opens with Lena and Bianca still on the porch laughing. They are both sitting on the steps with their backs leaning against the railings.
Bianca: How many other ways did you beat the heat? For some reason I am having a hard time picturing you running through an open fire hydrant.
Lena: I used to have more fun using the pond not far from the house I grew up in. Late at night when nobody was around I used to sneak out and go skinny dipping. The walk back to the house would keep my body cool enough to survive the night.
The image sent a shiver down Bianca’s back and she closed her eyes to keep it there just a second longer. The sound of a loud hiss brought her back to reality as she opened her eyes and saw that Lena had turned on the sprinkler system in the front yard.
Bianca: Lena! What are you doing?
Bianca couldn’t help but erupt into a fit of laughter as she watched Lena standing in the midst of the spray of the sprinklers. Her arms were up in the air and as she let her body absorb the water her eyes were closed and a smile had crossed her face.
Lena: I am sure Myrtle won’t mind and the thought of a dip in the pond from back home gave me an idea. Come on Bianca! This feels wonderful!
Lena’s eyes opened and brought her hands down to brush her hair back from her face. It was soaking wet and lapped against her neck as the water drops fell and formed a trail down her body.
Bianca got up and as she took a deep breath she joined Lena in the cool spray of the water. A scream escaped her throat as the rush of cold water hit her hot flesh and she stood only inches from Lena as she raised her hands and put her head back.
Lena moved closer for a moment and pulled back again not wanting to interrupt the moment. She watched as Bianca seemed to let everything escape her body and breath in a new life.
Scene ends with Lena and Bianca standing in the middle of the water fall from the sprinklers and Lena watching Bianca turning in circles.
Scene Three: Opens with Bianca and Lena running into the house soaking wet. Both are laughing and Bianca turns just as Lena comes running in behind her. They collide and their arms go out to stop the other from falling. Lena pulls her hands back when she sees that Bianca is steady but Bianca’s hands remain on Lena’s waist for a moment longer.
Bianca: I’ll run up and get some towels, I’ll be right back.
As she slowly removed her hands from Lena’s waist her finger tips touched Lena’s palm and sent a shiver up her arm. Lena watched the young woman ascend the staircase and could barely catch her breath until she realized that she was dripping water all over Myrtle’s floor.
Bianca: Catch!
She threw a couple towels down and Lena put them on the floor under her feet as she took another and started to dry herself off.
Lena: Myrtle isn’t going to want me to come back if I don’t clean up this mess.
Bianca: Myrtle is in Llanview visiting Rae and what she doesn’t know, well you know the rest. Besides, that was too much fun to feel guilty about it now.
Bianca was drying herself off and as she moved to the couch she realized that her clothes were soaking wet as well. Another laugh started and she looked at Lena whose clothes were clinging to her body.
Bianca: I don’t think it would be a good idea to sit in here with these wet clothes.
Lena: I should go anyway, I am sure they have the air conditioning fixed at the hotel by now.
Lena finished wiping the water from her exposed skin and as she ran the towel over her hair she felt a hand catch hers.
Bianca: Are you sure you have to go?
Lena: Bianca, I promised you that I would give you space and time and unless it is what you really want, then yes I should go.
Lena handed the towel to Bianca and was about to turn when the hand holding hers tightened and pulled her back. Lena’s eyes closed and her breath caught in her chest as she felt fingernails digging into her palm.
Bianca: If I wanted you to go Lena, I would have asked you to leave. Right now all I want is to know that you want to stay.
Lena took a step backwards and turned so she was standing face to face with Bianca. Her hand was still being held tightly and she brought her free hand up to wipe some drops of water from Bianca’s cheek and her face leaned in so her lips touched the spot where her hand had just been.
Lena: I want to stay
Scene ends with Lena and Bianca heading upstairs to her room.
Scene Four: Opens in Bianca’s room with Lena and Bianca lying in bed on their stomachs with their hands between them, clasped. There is a fan blowing on them and the window is open.
Bianca: I’m glad you stayed
Lena: I’m glad you asked. I have missed you so much Bianca.
Bianca: I could tell.
Bianca giggled after her last comment and shifted so she was leaning on her elbow. Her hand came up and traced a trail along Lena’s arm before coming rest with her fingertips touching her cheek.
Bianca: If this is what the heat does to you Lena than I hope it doesn’t break anytime soon.
Lena brought her hand up to catch Bianca’s and brought her hand to her lips. Her soft kiss sent a shudder through Bianca and she moved closer so their cheeks were almost touching. Her lips brushed against Lena’s softly and her head came to rest on Lena’s pillow.
Lena: It’s not the heat that does this to me, it’s you.
Bianca began to run her hand along Lena’s back and then back up again as her legs worked their way so they were interlocked with the woman next to her. Lena shifted slightly so that she was forehead to forehead with Bianca and her hand started to mimic Bianca’s as it made its way along her side.
Bianca: I’m glad because that makes us even.
Scene ends with Lena and Bianca wrapped in each other’s arms.

Fantasy Script – Heat Wave

Scene one: Opens on the front porch of Myrtle’s boarding house and Bianca is sitting on a swing with a glass of ice water in her hand. Her eyes are closed and beads of sweat are falling from her forehead.
